Golden Visa Categories & Eligibility
1. Real Estate Investor
- Must own one or more properties in the UAE valued at AED 2 million or more.
- Property can be mortgaged through an approved local bank.
- Off-plan properties from registered developers also qualify.
2. Company Investor / Partner
- Invest AED 2 million or more in a UAE-registered company or public investment fund; or
- Hold ownership in a company paying AED 250,000 or more in annual corporate tax to the Federal Tax Authority.
3. Entrepreneur
- Owner or partner in a startup or SME generating AED 1 million or more in annual revenue; or
- Have a startup project approved by an accredited incubator or the Ministry of Economy valued at AED 500,000 or more.
4. Skilled Professional
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Earn a monthly salary of at least AED 30,000.
- Occupation must be in a specialized field such as medicine, engineering, IT, finance, or management.
5. Outstanding Students & Graduates
- High-performing students from UAE or international universities.
- GPA of 3.8 or above or recognized academic excellence certified by the Ministry of Education.
